Wisconsin residents have been greatly affected by COVID-19. Whether you have lost income due to COVID-19 or have had increased expenses, there are services available to assist those financially impacted by COVID-19.

If you currently owe rent and utilities due to the COVID-19 pandemic, you may be eligible for rental assistance through NEWCAP’s Wisconsin Emergency Rental Assistance (WERA) program.
